These general terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the service provider, Zonix Corp s.r.o., and the users of the ai22.tech website and related applications.

2. Definition of services
The provider offers access to software tools based on artificial intelligence (SaaS) and provides custom software development. Services may be provided free of charge in a limited trial version or in the form of a paid monthly or annual subscription.
3. Payment terms and subscriptions
- Payments for licensed SaaS tariffs are processed securely through the Stripe payment gateway.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of the billing period unless the user cancels it in their user profile before the renewal date.
- Service prices are stated in the relevant currency including all applicable taxes.
4. User rights and obligations
The user undertakes to use the services in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic and the European Union. It is prohibited to misuse the systems for illegal activities or to overload the provider's infrastructure.
5. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The provider reserves the right to change the terms; it will inform the user of changes by email or by an in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect.
